The Three Card Spread: keeping it simple

For those of you that like spreads that are quick and easy to use and to remember the 3 card spread may
be your best tool especially if you don't have a lot of time for lengthier spreads. The 3 card spread is very
versatile and can be made to fit almost any situation. One of the main things to consider is to focus on
exactly what it is you want to know. The following examples may be useful and/or helpful when you make up
your own three card spreads which I encourage you to do. Three card spreads are also very handy when
you have a client that doesn't have a lot of time. So getting proficient at asking just the 3 right questions can
be worth the practice.

Example 1.

1st card answers the question:  What do I need?
2nd card                                       How do I use it?
3rd card                                        How will it effect the situation?

Example 2.
1st card: What should I do?
2nd      :  When should I do it? (this question encourages you to learn how to use the tarot as indicators of
                                                      time.)
3rd       :  What will be the result?

Example 3.
1st card: What do I need to know?
2nd       :  How can I keep things positive?
3rd        :  How will this help?

You are encouraged to participate in the conversation about the 3 card spread by e-mailing me when time
permits. I would love to hear about your experiences with them.
